I've worked across SaaS, fintech, agritech and consumer technology, turning product and operational data into practical improvements. Most recently at Efficiently Remote, I administered the internal Brain AI platform and investigated AI execution failures using SQL and Supabase/PostgreSQL.

I designed workflows for meeting ingestion, transcript processing, topic extraction and routing, while building prompts, reusable skills and domain templates. I also created Zapier-based token monitoring and alerts that provided 12-hour usage visibility and enabled monthly AI cost estimates with approximately 92% accuracy.

For Syngenta's Cropwise Grower and Smart Agro Lite products, I designed event taxonomies, instrumentation, funnels and KPI analysis across APAC. I built self-service dashboards and analytical workflows with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow and Airbyte.

Across GetSetUp and RedCarpetUp, I've analyzed onboarding, activation, retention, credit, transaction and customer behavior—including datasets exceeding 50M records—to help Product, Growth, Marketing, Risk and Engineering teams identify conversion gaps and operational bottlenecks.
