In my current role as Senior Associate – Accounts Payable, I manage high-volume transactions across multiple vendor accounts and ensure payments are executed on time. I’ve strengthened financial controls by improving pre-payment reconciliation accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and maintaining audit-ready processes.

I’m comfortable resolving complex exceptions—like blocked and parked invoices, duplicate documents, and check voids/reissues—to prevent reporting errors and keep reprocessing seamless. I also streamline day-to-day operations by optimizing AP query handling and improving invoice and payment status updates for operational transparency.

I bring a client-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate across time zones. I’m flexible to support remote operations and rotational/night shifts, and I enjoy strengthening vendor trust through timely remittance information and payment confirmations.
