I'm looking to build brand identities, visual systems, campaigns, and digital experiences where strategy, creative direction, and AI-assisted workflows can create stronger business communication.

At Nextgen Property Adviser, I lead brand identity, visual design, and creative direction for real estate marketing, creating campaigns, presentations, brochures, sales collateral, and the 1Trec website.

Through Kiran Kodi Design, I've developed identity and digital presence for Clayastra, brand and marketing design for HomN Living, and social creatives and a pitch deck for JBN 360.

I bring brand strategy, typography, layout, and creative direction together, while using AI-assisted workflows to speed up ideation, prototyping, and content creation.
