I am Kiran Goswami, a certified Scrum Master with over 15 years of diverse experience in domains such as Banking, eCommerce, and Inventory. My journey has been marked by a commitment to fostering agile practices and enhancing team performance. I have spent the last 5 years honing my skills in Agile Scrum processes, serving as a servant leader to my teams, and ensuring that we deliver on our sprint commitments.

At ICE MT India Private Limited, I have successfully facilitated key Scrum ceremonies, managed product backlogs, and educated team members on Agile methodologies. My role has allowed me to work closely with product owners to ensure a clear understanding of user stories and to maintain a well-groomed backlog.
