What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospital or clinical biomedical engineering role where I can maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate medical devices to ensure reliable, safe performance and compliance, while growing with your team.

I’m a detail-oriented, highly motivated Biomedical Engineer with a Bachelor of Technology in Medical Engineering from the Technical University of Mombasa. I’m committed to ensuring the reliability and safety of medical devices through disciplined maintenance, testing, and diagnostics.

In my medical engineering attachments at Kapsabet County Referral Hospital and Nandi Hills County Hospital, I supported the inspection, testing, and maintenance of medical equipment. I diagnosed malfunctioning equipment, ordered parts for repair or replacement, and helped ensure operational safety.

I also focused on regulatory compliance processes for medical devices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. I trained healthcare professionals on proper usage of biomedical equipment, improving overall patient care standards.

Beyond attachment work, I developed a Plantar Bioimpedance Measurement System to enhance heart detection accuracy by integrating bioimpedance technology with sensor-based monitoring. I’m energized by solving problems quickly, working with engineers and healthcare professionals, and delivering efficient technical solutions in hospital and clinical settings.
