What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead inclusive, evidence-based assessment and learning design, particularly where AI can strengthen educational quality while maintaining rigorous human judgement and compliance.

I lead assessment design at Page Institute, overseeing the development, validation and continuous improvement of industry-relevant assessment resources aligned with Australian VET standards, ASQA requirements, and the Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence.

I've progressed through Assessment Developer and Senior Assessment Developer roles at Page Institute, designing formative and summative assessments, reviewing LMS materials, supporting audit-ready quality processes, and training and mentoring colleagues. I bring inclusive assessment practice through Universal Design for Learning and rigorous human quality assurance alongside AI-enabled learning approaches.

Alongside remote assessment work, I've taught computer science at the University of Sialkot and Ace International Academy. My research includes a true-experimental UDL mathematics intervention, SPSS-based quantitative analysis, a Scopus-indexed publication, and an INTED 2020 conference contribution.
