At CTLD, I build and operate React, Next.js, and TypeScript platforms that 30+ staff use across design, HR, and accounting. I joined as the sole developer, then became a team lead training four interns and leading an outsourcing team delivering POD design work.
I've shipped data-intensive internal tools, including a designer workflow platform used daily by 28+ people and a multi-tenant HR system with 205 REST endpoints. I also build CI/CD workflows, resolve production issues end to end, and maintain client-facing sites such as An Binh Hotel.
