I’m a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional with hands-on experience testing web applications. I’m skilled in test case design, defect reporting, smoke and regression testing, and Agile methodologies.

In my current role as a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester, I perform manual testing of healthcare web applications by validating functional, UI, and data-related requirements. I analyze business requirements and prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation, then execute Functional, Smoke, Regression, Sanity, Exploratory, and Cross-browser Testing.

I identify, report, track, and verify defects using Jira and ClickUp, collaborating closely with developers until closure. I also validate fixes through retesting and run regression testing before production releases, supporting stable and reliable software before deployment.

I’m currently expanding my automation testing expertise using Playwright and JavaScript. Alongside QA, I’ve also worked in digital marketing and appointment setting, strengthening my communication and process discipline.
