I'm looking to build practical legal technology, compliance, and risk solutions for organizations operating across regulated, multi-jurisdictional markets.

I'm co-developing AI-enabled legal technology products at Qilometre Trifecta, translating legal, regulatory, and risk requirements into AI workflows, structured data models, and training materials.

Previously, as General Counsel at Kenya Good Neighbors, I developed foundational data protection and information security policies aligned with Kenya's Data Protection Act and advised the Board on legal risk and the transition to the PBO Act.

At HT&K Global Investment, I led an 18-person legal and compliance function across six countries, built legal-risk dashboards that improved policy adherence by 23%, and negotiated complex commodity trade and joint-venture agreements.

I've also delivered CLM, GRC, automated compliance, data-protection, and fintech licensing work for Peraton Defence and technology startups, bringing practical legal operations experience to regulated, cross-border environments.
