What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can mentor and supervise youth in a safe, inclusive environment—using strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills—while continuing to grow professionally alongside a supportive team.

I’m a motivated, adaptable individual with hands-on experience as a camp counselor, dedicated to creating positive, engaging environments for youth. I’m currently pursuing a degree at Baltimore City Community College, expected to graduate in 2025.

In my seasonal Camp Counselor role with Beyond the Natural Foundation, I supervised and guided youth through daily activities while ensuring their safety and well-being. I provided mentorship and served as a positive role model, resolved conflicts, and maintained a supportive, inclusive camp environment through effective communication with campers, parents, and team members.

I bring strong leadership, time management, and organization to every group activity, helping drive teamwork, participation, and personal growth. I’m drawn to work where I can lead with empathy, solve problems quickly, and continue building the personal and professional skills that support strong youth development.
