What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and deliver scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and platform improvements while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring technical teams.

I've delivered enterprise ServiceNow solutions at DXC Technology for multinational clients across Australia, Japan, Europe, and APAC, covering ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and Now Assist.

I lead technical design and platform operations while building secure REST API integrations, Flow Designer automations, Service Portal experiences, and custom applications. My work includes ServiceNow integrations with Nexthink, Microsoft Intune, and eBonding platforms, plus CMDB migrations, SAM Pro and HAM Pro improvements, and production support.

I'm certified in ServiceNow administration, application development, and multiple implementation specialist areas, and I enjoy translating stakeholder needs into scalable, best-practice solutions while mentoring developers and improving platform reliability.
