At the Department of Medical Science Industries at Chang Jung Christian University, I conducted in vitro assays and extraction techniques to evaluate bioactive compounds from plant samples. I also used bioinformatics tools to investigate biological interactions and predict drug-target relationships.
In research projects, I performed molecular docking, in silico modeling, and data analysis for studies of anti-melanoma, anti-inflammatory, and other therapeutic compounds. I also contributed to transcriptomic network analysis of clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
I authored and co-authored peer-reviewed manuscripts, and Skullcapflavone II-6′-O-β-glucoside is the subject of Taiwan Invention Patent No. 1919921. My training includes biological engineering, bioinformatics, and laboratory research techniques.
