Khushi Yadav

I’m a textile design undergraduate bringing hands-on experience in surface design, fabric development, and handcrafted techniques. I translate design concepts into textile patterns and digital design outputs, and I’m comfortable working across the full development workflow.

In my Design Intern role at TailorWorksCompany, I supported textile and graphic design development using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva. I also handled inventory tracking, stock verification, and quality checks, while coordinating design execution alongside dyeing & printing and hand embroidery tasks.

At P.P.International (Govt. Recognized Export House), I trained in the Design Department, gaining exposure to Jacquard and Dobby weaving. I learned export production workflows and quality standards, and assisted with fabric development, textile sampling practices, and production coordination.

Through my final year project and independent work, I developed modular/detachable garment concepts and built a complete collection of 19 garments—managing end-to-end material sourcing, vendor coordination, and production management. I also freelance as a textile designer, creating hand-painted surface designs and motifs, and I’ve explored craft-based printing using Sanganeri block techniques with pigment and natural dyes.
