I’m a results-driven Data Analyst with around 2 years of experience leveraging advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights and drive business growth. I’m proficient in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R, using them for data manipulation, data cleaning, and data validation.

In my current role, I lead end-to-end reporting—from gathering business requirements and extracting and validating data, to building dashboards and delivering stakeholder walkthroughs. I build and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards that enable self-serve reporting, and I improve report accuracy and reduce manual effort through strong data quality practices, including reconciliation and UAT testing.

I also focus on deeper analytics and reliability: trend/variance analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling to inform business strategies and forecast service demand. Alongside this, I support scalable data solutions through ETL pipeline work (SSIS, ETL pipelines; MS SQL Server, Snowflake, MySQL) and collaboration in Agile/Scrum teams with Jira and Confluence.
