At GreyOrange, I resolved distributed-locking deadlocks in high-throughput bulk APIs by redesigning asynchronous locking with Redis, SQS, and Java concurrency patterns. That work eliminated race conditions and improved production reliability.
I architected and delivered a distributed orchestration service using Java 21, Spring Boot, Kafka, Camunda BPM, Redis, and PostgreSQL. Its modular components coordinate multi-entity workflows through FIFO queue management, capacity control, and lifecycle events.
I built a reusable Kafka consumer framework with configurable retries and AWS SQS-backed dead-letter routing, which was adopted across 20+ services. I also enabled distributed tracing and centralized OpenAPI schema management.
I built an exception-triage pipeline that retrieves similar past incidents to ground an LLM-generated root cause, confidence score, and proposed fix, with human approval before remediation. At Infogain, I built REST APIs for NCR Vision 4.x and Quote Builder, supporting 10K+ enterprise users.
