Providing independent BIM modeling and consultancy services, currently operating as a freelance partner for Bouwer Met Visie (BMV). Managing end-to-end client relationships, project delivery, and technical coordination for complex AEC projects.

Managed and generated precise technical drawings for the construction of 10 cleanroom facilities for ASML, adhering to LOD standards. Coordinated and edited 3D BIM models across three major renovation projects using Revit, and executed clash detection with Trimble Connect and Navisworks.

Operated CNC machinery, edge banders, saw tables, and packaging equipment with high precision. Prepared and processed wooden materials for manufacturing self-assembling closets, cabinets, and premium interior decoration products.

Delivered construction projects for multiple contractors, including Plabos group, Radax VOF, and BCL Gielen B.V. Installed structural components, wall types, ceiling systems, plasterboard, coverings, acoustic tiles, and composite wall linings.

Spearheaded architectural design and drafting of comprehensive plans for 14 luxury villas and vacation homes using AutoCAD Architecture. Developed immersive 3D models and high-quality visualizations using 3ds Max.
