At Azerconnect Group, I shipped a fine-tuned XLM-RoBERTa classifier for Azerbaijani chatbot sessions, reaching ~90% precision and increasing the share of sessions classified as auto-resolvable from 29.5% to ~52%. I also led the labeling process and handed the project over with documentation and a team guideline.

I built a locally deployed RAG knowledge assistant that answers questions about internal company documents with source references, along with an AI video localization pipeline for transcription, translation, and SRT subtitle generation.

At Senpex Technology, I contributed to a GPT-based courier support chatbot, implementing GPT API integration and prompt engineering workflows. I also built Power BI reports for courier and customer communications; beyond my industry work, I built AzCorpus to support Azerbaijani NLP and language-modeling experiments.
