I’m a detail-oriented data analytics professional with 2+ years of experience in operational reporting, data management, data quality, and HR system implementation.

In my previous role, I was responsible for maintaining and validating employee master data, preparing management reports, improving reporting processes, ensuring data completeness and accuracy, and preparing data for the implementation and use of an HR management system.

Alongside my professional experience, I have developed analytics skills through self-directed projects using SQL, Power BI, R, and Python/pandas. My interests include data analysis, reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, data quality, and business process improvement.
