I’m looking to solve complex product problems where design, technology, business context, and execution come together. I thrive in evolving environments where I can lead design, mentor teams, use AI-native workflows, and carry ideas closer to production.

At Tericsoft, I lead product design for complex B2B and SaaS products across healthcare, insurance, EV, enterprise operations, and internal systems. I manage and mentor designers while staying hands-on from product strategy and UX architecture through production release.

I’ve introduced AI-native development workflows and shipped 5–6 production applications, carrying ideas from problem definition and UX through frontend implementation, backend integration, product logic, deployment, and iteration. My work includes dashboards, admin systems, multi-role workflows, employee performance systems, root-cause analysis tools, solar asset management platforms, and mental-health products.

At Careerflow, I contribute to a career-management platform serving 500K+ job seekers and experiences connected to a Chrome extension used by 200K+ users. I design job-search, resume-building, AI career-tool, mock-interview, onboarding, premium, and LinkedIn-optimization experiences, using AI-assisted development and Codex to validate concepts faster.

I began in graphic and web design, then co-founded a consumer delivery business that grew to approximately 1,200 customers in eight months. I work best where product thinking, design craft, technology, business context, and execution need to come together.
