What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote healthcare role where I can apply my clinical knowledge, communication, and administrative skills to support patients, healthcare professionals, and organizational goals while delivering accurate, confidential, high-quality care.

I've delivered comprehensive diabetes education through the Sanofi Patient Support Program at Hoechst Pakistan Limited, supporting patients in healthcare clinics and virtual settings.

I provide individualized guidance on lifestyle and dietary changes for glycemic control, assist with insulin titration under clinical supervision, and teach safe injection techniques and insulin-device use. I also guide patients in using digital health applications for diabetes self-management and monitoring.

My clinical pharmacy experience at District Head Quarter Hospital and Aziz Fatima Hospital includes medication dispensing, prescription review, patient counseling, inventory management, controlled-substance records, and emergency-tray management.

With a Pharm-D from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, I’m seeking a remote healthcare role where I can support patients and healthcare teams through accurate, confidential, high-quality care.
