What I'm looking for

I’m looking to architect secure, scalable fintech backend systems on AWS/Kubernetes—building services with strong quality attributes and business alignment, where I can keep leading software architecture.

I’m a Senior Backend Engineer with 6+ years in Fintech, specializing in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, NestJS, and AWS. I built Purpose Money from scratch—integrating BaaS, KYC, card management, transfers, payroll, and multi-channel notifications across 10+ microservices for US customers nationally.

I focus on shipping reliable systems and improving security and quality end-to-end. After a Coalfire penetration test, I remediated an IDOR issue exposed for ~2 years using JWT/Okta token claims, and I refactored a 1,600-line coordinator class to achieve 100% SonarQube compliance and set the team’s refactoring standard.
