I’m looking to lead cross-functional engineering teams, own product roadmaps, and ship meaningful software—using strong architecture and CI/CD to build high-performing cultures and deliver real business and community impact.

I’m an Engineering Manager & Product Leader with 6+ years of experience building and shipping software products across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. I lead cross-functional teams, define technical roadmaps, and drive products from concept to launch, pairing hands-on engineering with business acumen.

In my recent role, I lead and manage full development teams by setting goals, processes, and engineering culture, while owning the product roadmap and prioritizing features aligned with business objectives. I oversee system architecture decisions and cross-functional delivery end-to-end, and I drive continuous improvement in code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and team performance.

I also bring a strong full-stack and Flutter mobile background, including a published iOS app (BibleNames) on the App Store. Beyond product work, I founded DevotionGT, a non-profit tech initiative delivering software solutions to churches and faith-based organizations in Guatemala.
