At Project Destined, I underwrote a $6.5M, 28-unit Phoenix value-add multifamily deal and projected a 13.2% levered IRR. I recommended the purchase in a solo, timed presentation and Excel model, using a conservative 5.0% exit cap.

I also co-built a 10-year DCF for a $17.0M, 31-unit Brooklyn multifamily deal as part of a five-person team. My work included sizing debt against three lender tests.

At NexGen Solar, I directed installation crews and built a system for pulling and staging job materials that cut material errors by 20%. I’m studying Economics and Architecture at Yale University and am an analyst with Yale Undergraduate Diversified Investments.
