I'm looking to contribute financial analysis, underwriting, due diligence, and development evaluation skills to commercial, industrial, multifamily, or urban development investment opportunities.

I'm underwriting real estate investments and development opportunities through financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis. At Project Destined, I underwrote a $17.0M multifamily acquisition with $22.5M in total capitalization.

I built a 10-year model from a 31-unit rent roll, operating cash flows, a $5.1M renovation program, financing, and disposition assumptions. I also stress-tested rent growth, vacancy, expenses, renovation costs, and exit cap rates to identify downside risks.

Previously at Nova Plaster Ceiling Systems in Ghana, I evaluated 12 prospective development sites and analyzed four development alternatives, supporting GHS 6M+ of activity with zero regulatory compliance issues. At Star Assurance Company, I analyzed 50+ assets, completed GHS 4M+ in valuations, and helped reduce claims-processing time by 20%.

I'm pursuing a Master of Urban Design at Thomas Jefferson University and will join PIDC as a Real Estate Services Intern. I bring a land-economy background and a practical interest in investment, development, and urban redevelopment.
