I seek finance roles focused on real-estate underwriting, investment analysis, and collaborative teams where I can apply modeling skills and grow toward deal leadership.

I am a University of Texas at Dallas finance student (B.S., Corporate Finance concentration) with a 4.0 GPA and a strong blend of analytical and entrepreneurial experience.

I founded and grew a digital art business that generated $3,000+ in sales, built a 4,000+ social following, and organized fundraising collaborations; I also produce original audio drama projects as Showrunner, managing 100+ voice actors and earning Top 10 national podcast recognition.

On the finance side, I completed a Real Estate Private Equity internship and placed 3rd nationally in a multifamily acquisition competition by building a full integrated underwriting model; I also ranked 1st in Investment Banking and 3rd in Asset Management in a live markets simulation managing a $20M virtual portfolio.
