What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Architect/Project Architect role where I can own detailed planning, BOQ/drawings, and site inspections—using my plumbing expertise to keep construction accurate, coordinated, and compliant with standards.

I’m a licensed architect and registered and licensed master plumber focused on delivering architectural planning, precise drawings, and plumbing layouts that are buildable on site. My work blends design drafting with practical execution through site assessments, inspections, and coordination with subcontractors.

Over the years, I’ve served as Newcore Industries’ Senior Lead Designer and later Senior Production Technical—preparing and reviewing furniture and joinery detail, doing material take-offs, and coordinating with project managers, designers, and consultants. I also worked as a Project Architect at ACASYS Development Corporation and other project-based roles, preparing architectural planning, layout & drafting, facilitating LGU applications and follow-ups (building permits, occupancy permits), and ensuring documentation complies with government regulations.

What sets me apart is my ability to manage both design and on-site execution: supervise and manage all on-site activities, prepare BOM & BOQ based on tender drawings and specifications, and support repair and maintenance by conducting inspections. I’m keen to details and a quick learner, and I use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Planswift, and plumbing-focused layout drafting to keep projects accurate, coordinated, and smoothly implemented.
