I'm managing defence infrastructure execution for Federale Dynamics, including PEB structures, underground water tanks, roads, VDF flooring, and boundary walls. I coordinate a 60+ member workforce and work closely with vendors, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.

My work spans RA bill checking, DPRs, BBS, MEPF coordination, procurement, technical clarifications, quality requirements, and contract documentation. I use BOQ/BOM, quantity and cost estimation, rate analysis, CPM scheduling, and technical specifications to keep projects on track.

Previously, I supported government tender searches valued from 10Cr. to 310Cr., preparing estimates, rate analyses, BOQ/BOMs, and bid documentation across Percentage Rate, Item Rate, and EPC contracts. I've also supported US federal opportunity research, capture, solicitation analysis, proposal writing, and post-award analysis.

My structural engineering background includes analysis and modelling of concrete, steel, and composite structures using STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and MIDAS Civil. I bring practical experience across construction execution, structural design, commercial coordination, and government procurement.
