I’m an AI Systems Architect with 9+ years of experience designing, operating, and scaling enterprise-grade infrastructure, and I’m now focused on AI-powered automation and SaaS systems. I specialize in translating complex business operations into automated, intelligent workflows using APIs, event-driven systems, and AI decision layers.

Across my work, I focus on engineering reliability and measurable operational outcomes—eliminating manual processes, automating workflows, and improving system reliability. I bring a strong foundation in Python, backend systems, and distributed architecture to build scalable, production-grade platforms.

As Founder of THE13TH (the13thhq.com), I designed and built a multi-tenant AI Admin Intelligence Platform for real estate and service businesses. I engineered a full lead lifecycle system (ingestion, intelligent routing, automated follow-ups, KPI dashboards, and agent accountability), and architected backend services with Python, Postgres, API-first integrations, and workflow automation (Zapier + webhooks).

Before that, I worked at Asterisk Consulting as an Oracle Apps DBA / Systems Engineer (2015–2022) and Oracle Database Administrator (2010–2015). I maintained 99% uptime for mission-critical enterprise systems, led upgrades and migrations, and implemented high-availability architectures such as RAC and DataGuard—while using automation scripts to reduce manual DBA workload.
