At Docusign, I lead a global DBA team managing the data platform for eSign, CLM and IAM. I’ve delivered automation projects, supervised cloud infrastructure build-out, and managed multi-terabyte database migrations from on premises to Azure.
Earlier, at Monster Worldwide and as a contractor with Nebula Data Solutions, I worked on SQL Server reliability, cloud platforms and database performance. For City Facilities, I contributed to a cost optimisation project with personal contributions amounting to £400k in annual savings, and created a Synapse Analytics restore process that reduced the process from almost a day to one hour. I also share knowledge through blogs, videos and conference talks, and contribute code to the DBATools open-source PowerShell project.
