I'm currently supporting credit control at the Kenya School of Government, where I prepare debtors' reports, reconcile customer statements, process refunds, post withholding tax, and follow up on outstanding debts.
Through finance and accounts rotations at Kenya School of Government, I worked across revenue accounting, accounts payable, and credit control. I prepared invoices, receipts, revenue reports, supplier reconciliations, payment vouchers, and VAT and withholding-tax documentation.
I use Microsoft NAV, QuickBooks, Pastel, Microsoft Excel, and financial information systems to maintain accurate records, investigate variances, and support compliant financial processes.
