I’m a Quality Policy Expert at Innodata Knowledge Services Inc., building and scaling quality systems for an AI/LLM line of business. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Speech Communication) from the University of the Philippines Baguio, graduating Cum Laude with a General Weighted Average of 1.5.
I’ve helped establish the quality baseline that supported growth “from 1,000 to 10,000+ raters,” contributing to a “9% increase in overall quality consistency.” I serve as the bridge between the TQM team, trainers, and raters—translating evolving mandates and complex rubrics into clear, actionable guidance across text, photo, video, and speech/audio workflows.
I develop and maintain more than “100 task-specific AI evaluation guidelines,” run daily live 1:1 shadowing sessions, and use structured logs and reports to prevent quality drift. Before specializing in policy, I mitigated AI safety issues, managed Tagalog and English datasets, improved AI syntax and grammar, and supported “Indian raters’ alignment with task guidelines.”
