PhilippinesWhat I'm looking for
At National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) – Region XI, I developed and maintained ECA-IS v.1, an information system for senior citizen beneficiary records and processing workflows. I implemented beneficiary management, payroll processing, archives, and role-based access control.
I also developed dynamic reports and Excel exports, and assisted with testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentation. I configured and deployed the application on AWS EC2 and implemented GitHub Actions pipelines to automate testing and deployment.
On my projects, I developed web applications including EventSphere, with QR-based attendance checking, and a social welfare system with a Messaging API and two-factor authentication. I’m eager to build scalable applications and strengthen AI-enabled development workflows.
