KELVIN MWANIA

I’m an Analytical Chemistry professional with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry & Biochemistry, driven by a passion for science and education. I bring extensive experience in teaching, research, and laboratory analysis, and I enjoy turning complex concepts into practical learning outcomes.

As a Trainer at Kenya Coast National Polytechnic (2023-2024), I supervised trainee projects, developed hands-on training programs, and facilitated workshops to equip students with industry-ready skills. I also focus on curriculum development and competency-based training (CBET), using instrumentation and organic chemistry knowledge to support confident, real-world competence.

I integrate interactive learning tools to keep training engaging and practical, and I collaborate effectively with diverse groups while practicing ethical engagement, including working with people with disabilities. I’m also active in community initiatives as Assistant Secretary of the Perla Foundation, supporting charity work for orphans and people with disabilities.
