At Muthoga Gaturu & Co. Advocates, I work across conveyancing, commercial matters, and litigation. I draft and review property and commercial documents, conduct title due diligence, and advise clients on transactions and compliance.
In the litigation department, I draft pleadings, affidavits, and submissions, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court. I also advise on litigation strategy and pursue settlement and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
Previously, as an Associate Advocate at Wageni & Co. Advocates, I handled civil and criminal court matters and conveyancing. I helped address a backlog of insurance matters by securing judgments and provided accident victims with guidance on their rights and claims processes.
At K. N Mburu & Associates and CIM Advocates, I worked on conveyancing, small claims, criminal law, commercial transactions, and employment matters. I developed debt-collection pleading templates and conducted property due diligence to help protect clients from fraudulent dealings. I’m a practising member of the Law Society of Kenya and a Certified Mediator.
