At Absa Group, I review security documents and commercial contracts, support lending transactions, and help assess legal risk. I also review legal developments and coordinate with external lawyers and internal stakeholders on security perfection and ongoing matters.
Before Absa Group, I practised as a freelance Advocate and worked at Kipkenda & Company Advocates, where I prepared legal drafts and case materials, conducted legal research, and attended court proceedings. I’ve also prepared and reviewed agreements and contracts, supported client matters, and taken part in arbitration and mediation activities.
