What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in school leadership while teaching Geography and Business Studies with learner-centered, inclusive methods. I want a team where ICT integration and differentiated instruction are valued, and where I can mentor learners and improve outcomes.

I am a dedicated professional teacher with five years’ experience teaching Geography and Business Studies under the 8-4-4 and CBE curricula. I focus on learner-centered, inclusive education and consistently align my teaching with CBE and 8-4-4 requirements through clear lesson planning, effective classroom management, and meaningful learner assessment.

In my current role as Teacher of Geography & Business Studies and Director of Studies (2023–Present), I develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments, while integrating ICT and 21st-century skills into classroom practice. I bring school leadership experience from serving as Head of Department, Head of Games, Class Teacher, and various subject and co-curricular leadership roles, using differentiated instruction to support student achievement and monitor progress for improved outcomes.
