Registered Nurse and global health professional delivering TB/HIV and maternal care in complex humanitarian settings.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Registered Nurse and global health professional with 5+ years of experience delivering clinical care, TB/HIV management, maternal and reproductive health services, and community-based care in complex settings. At the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Kakuma Refugee Camp, I coordinated day-to-day TB and HIV project implementation across multiple service delivery points, ensuring person-centred care through structured care plan implementation and adherence to clinical standards.
I’ve overseen project operations for a caseload of 1,100+ clients, led site-level coordination for TB preventive therapy and HIV services, and strengthened interdisciplinary communication as the primary site liaison. I also support research and program data management, prepared routine reports, advanced infection prevention and control through SOP/tool development, and supported outbreak response and readiness for electronic systems (EMR, KoboToolbox, ODK).
