Population Health Data Manager using SQL, SPSS, and reporting to improve clinical quality.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Population Health Data Manager focused on turning population health data into actionable reports that support quality improvement and clinical programs. At Access Health Louisiana, I developed and disseminated key reports for internal teams and outside stakeholders to advance population health initiatives.
I also take ownership of team development and execution: I supervised and trained a full-time data analyst and an MHA resident, leading weekly check-ins and designing/assigning projects. I’m comfortable working across multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned on outcomes.
Before moving into population health leadership, I supported global public health efforts through my Graduate Student Volunteer role with GOARN. I assisted with creating and distributing an Infection Prevention and Control survey for COVID-19 across healthcare settings and facilitated weekly coordination between Tulane University and WHO Western Pacific Regional Office teams.
My background also includes hands-on healthcare and research experience, from individualized behavioral therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician to laboratory work examining microbial relationships and movement using co-culture biofilms. I bring that same attention to detail to data quality, investigation, and continuous improvement in every project I manage.
