I am a dedicated registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Since graduating in December 2018, I have gained extensive experience in pediatric care, particularly in the Pediatric Holding Room and Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Vanderbilt Children’s Surgery and Clinics. My role involves providing recovery from anesthesia, pain management, and education to patients and their families, ensuring a supportive and informative environment during their care.

Previously, I worked in the Pediatric Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Monroe Carrell Junior Children’s Hospital, where I assessed surgical sites, maintained stable vitals, and collaborated closely with surgical and anesthesia teams to develop comprehensive care plans. My experience in the Nurse Residency Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center further honed my skills in critical thinking and patient management, allowing me to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced surgical stepdown unit.
