Provided weekly individual therapy to 28 clients presenting with OCD, self-harm behaviors, substance use disorders, depression, and anxiety using evidence-based interventions. Completed assessments, treatment planning, counseling (individual, family, group), crisis intervention, discharge planning, and care coordination while maintaining compliant documentation.

Oversaw addiction recovery services to ensure compliance with Indiana Department of Corrections requirements and standards, including HIPAA, at Heritage Trail Correctional Facility. Supervised a team of three addiction recovery specialists, conducted biopsychosocial assessments, led weekly treatment meetings, and coordinated care between treatment teams and custody/IDOC staff.

Developed initial treatment plans using biopsychosocial assessments, mental health screenings, and crisis intervention strategies to deliver holistic, responsive care. Applied therapeutic theories with cultural considerations and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining communication with physicians, families, and referral sources.

Conducted comprehensive intake assessments using biopsychosocial evaluation, CSSRs, ASAM criteria, and crisis safety plans to screen for medical and behavioral emergencies. Coordinated with physicians to support appropriate treatment placement within the facility or with community providers.

Designed individualized treatment plans by integrating evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and Play Therapy. Delivered one-on-one therapy to adults and adolescents addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Provided homebased services and connected resources for 20+ at-risk families involved with DCS (Department of Child Services). Partnered with families, community organizations, and school systems to support goal attainment, strengthen support networks, and improve access to resources.
