Kayle Baldelovar

I’m a fashion design and merchandising student at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde with hands-on experience in creative design, garment construction, and retail operations. I developed “L.O.T.S.”, a graduation collection centered on conceptual design, textile innovation, and garment craftsmanship.

In my Laboratory Technician role, I maintained and oversaw the Sewing Laboratory and sewing machines, coordinated with professors and students, and taught proper machine usage. I also worked as a Store Clerk, managing day-to-day store operations and inventory control while streamlining workflows to boost branch efficiency and event organization.

Earlier, I completed an HR internship with Creotec Philippines, improving timekeeping processes and supporting interdepartmental communication, employee safety seminars, and employee logins/logouts. I bring an adaptable, detail-driven mindset and a collaborative approach to every project.
