I am a dedicated healthcare professional with three years of experience as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) and am currently pursuing my Registered Nursing (RN) degree. My background in hands-on patient care, scheduling, and delivering compassionate support in both clinical and outpatient environments has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in the healthcare field. In my current role as a Scheduler at Jax Spine and Pain, I manage and coordinate patient appointments across multiple providers, ensuring effective communication with patients and clinical staff. My previous experience as a CCHT at Fresenius Medical Care and DCI Inc. involved performing dialysis treatments, maintaining accurate treatment records, and providing patient education and emotional support. I have also supervised daily retail operations as an Assistant Manager at DTLR VILLA, where I honed my leadership and customer service skills.
