At TeeShoppen, I built an internal SaaS platform for the product manufacturing pipeline and automated product publishing across six Shopify stores using Make.com and Claude AI. The automation cut processing time by roughly 50%, and I also built supplier workflows and a GDPR-compliant SMS marketing system.
Earlier, I worked as a Systems Analyst at Yondu, Inc. on the Globe Telecom account, translating requirements into system specifications and supporting testing and production handover.
