At IFIN Global Group, I’m part of the Center of Excellence team focused on Java technology hiring across multiple skill domains. I source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and Ceipal, and screen resumes for technical skills, project experience, and job fit.
I also conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate profile submissions for FTE and CTH positions. Previously, as a Java Mentor at Naresh I Technologies, I guided students through programming tasks and assisted them with debugging and core Java concepts.
