I am an investment banking professional and B.Com (Hons) graduate with practical experience in IB operations, AML/KYC, derivatives, trade life cycle, and corporate actions. I have completed a Certified Investment Banking Professional (CIBOP) program from Imarticus Learning and Tally ERP-9 Level-1 certification.

In my role as a Process Associate supporting a financial client, I handled consumer dispute verification, fraud investigations, credit card backend account maintenance, KYC onboarding, policy adjustments, dispute investigations, and various account servicing tasks. I emphasize accuracy, attention to detail, and collaborative problem solving while sharing knowledge with teammates to improve overall performance.

I bring strong communication, analytical and prioritization skills, a willingness to learn, and a proven record of leadership in extracurricular activities. I am eager to apply my technical skills in Tally, GST, and Microsoft Office alongside my domain knowledge to contribute to a banking or financial services team.
