I’ve built my career in healthcare compliance, denials, and training—starting as a Compliance auditor and progressing through Senior Consultant, Process coach, Senior trainer, Assistant manager training, and Lead Analyst for charge capture.

Across Emergency department compliance auditing and multispecialty/surgery work, I’ve supported denials management and coding training (including Athena denials management and non athena coding). I’ve also handled practical enablement tasks like ojt, login creation, and content digitalization to strengthen day-to-day workflows.

Currently, I lead charge capture for surgery-related settings, covering IP/OP orthopedics, SDS general surgery supplies, implants, devices, and interventional radiology. My goal remains to learn and serve the medical field through accountable, high-quality healthcare operations.
