At GITAM (Deemed to be) University, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Applied Psychology with a Clinical Specialisation. My thesis explores digital stress and sleep quality in young adults, including the mediating role of emotional intelligence and social support.
At Calcutta Pavlov Institute, I received supervised training in psychological assessment, case history taking, and clinical interviewing. I administered and scored the Binet-Kamat Test, HAM-A, and HAM-D, and observed the counselling process.
My supervised training at Calcutta Medical College included administering and scoring the WAIS, MISIC, Seguin Form Board Test, and VSMS. I also co-authored a paper on mental health stigma and subjective well-being in young adults, published in the IAHRW International Journal of Social Sciences Review.
