I’m looking for a role where I can use SQL and statistical analysis to build dashboards, run RCA, and improve KPI performance—while applying research rigor to evaluate AI outputs and turn findings into clear, stakeholder-ready decisions.

I’m a Data and Research Analyst with a strong analytical foundation and 4 peer-reviewed publications. I translate complex datasets into actionable insights that help technical and business stakeholders make better operational and research decisions.

In my current role as an Operations Analyst (Acting Team Lead) in India, I analyze multiple workforce KPIs to spot trends and anomalies, build daily/weekly/monthly performance dashboards, and run Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to guide process improvements. I also coordinate cross-functional reporting across concurrent AI sub-projects and support performance improvements for 35+ AI Trainers, improving key KPIs by an average of 43%.

Previously as an AI Analyst | Prompt Engineer, I evaluated LLM outputs using structured quality rubrics, performed comparative and trend analysis across model response datasets, and tested multimodal samples (text, image, audio, video) to standardize evaluation quality.
