What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Senior QA Engineer or Head/Lead QA role in a product fintech company, where I can combine hands-on testing across web, mobile, and APIs with QA team building, test strategy, and process ownership.

I've led QA for Exodus, Ledger, MetaMask, white-label wallets, and an API Gateway platform, supporting distributed multinational teams shipping crypto-fintech products continuously.

At Exodus, I built the QA function from the ground up, growing the team from 4 to 8 engineers across four products. I set testing standards, introduced formal QA strategy and SLAs, and reduced escaped defects by roughly 30%.

I own quality across 6–8 monthly releases spanning web, Android, iOS, and APIs. My hands-on work includes risk-based testing, Postman API validation, production monitoring in Grafana, traffic inspection with Fiddler, and KYC/AML and custody-flow validation with Sumsub, Veriff, Fireblocks, and BitGo.

I also use AI-assisted workflows to speed up test planning, documentation, and bug analysis, cutting routine documentation time by roughly a third. I enjoy partnering directly with engineering, product, customers, and international stakeholders to turn quality signals into practical improvements.
