At BMW MANUFACTURING, I lead quality and process improvement activities in a high-volume automotive environment, applying ISO 9001 principles, QMS requirements, and documented process controls.
I reduced Paint Shop DPHU by approximately 30% over two years through two fuel-lid process improvements. Line-side fuel-lid cabinets reduced unnecessary rework by approximately 20% in the first year, and my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project introduced QR-code tracking for an additional 10% reduction through improved traceability and accountability.
I use PFMEA, Quality Plans, and Control Plans to identify process risks and strengthen preventive and detection controls. I analyze quality metrics, production data, defect trends, and rework information to guide root-cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
Before BMW, I held District Manager, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager roles in restaurant operations. I completed BMW’s Road to Production Management one-year leadership development program and hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
